Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- •Strong background in experimental research, preferably in thin-film deposition, plasma physics, or crystal growth
- •Interest or experience in CVD processes, vacuum systems, or quantum materials
- •Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- •Strong analytical skills and experience with data evaluation and experimental design
- •Motivation to contribute to high-impact semiconductor and quantum technology development
- •Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Operate a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth chamber
- •Assist in optimizing and assembling a CVD growth chamber
- •Develop and refine growth parameters for NV-doped diamond material
- •Characterize diamond properties using spectroscopic techniques
- •Use optical measurement techniques to analyze diamond properties
- •Employ magnetic measurement techniques for diamond characterization
- •Coordinate with cross-functional teams for scalable production processes
- •Document processes and analyze experimental results
- •Present findings to internal stakeholders and scientific partners
- •Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and patents
- •Write technical reports
