Anforderungen

•Master's degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
•Strong background in experimental research, preferably in thin-film deposition, plasma physics, or crystal growth
•Interest or experience in CVD processes, vacuum systems, or quantum materials
•Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
•Strong analytical skills and experience with data evaluation and experimental design
•Motivation to contribute to high-impact semiconductor and quantum technology development
•Fluency in English (German is a plus)

Deine Aufgaben

•Operate a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth chamber
•Assist in optimizing and assembling a CVD growth chamber
•Develop and refine growth parameters for NV-doped diamond material
•Characterize diamond properties using spectroscopic techniques
•Use optical measurement techniques to analyze diamond properties
•Employ magnetic measurement techniques for diamond characterization
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams for scalable production processes
•Document processes and analyze experimental results
•Present findings to internal stakeholders and scientific partners
•Contribute to peer-reviewed publications and patents
•Write technical reports
