Anforderungen

  • •Background in muscle cell biology, neuroscience, or life science

  • •Maintain a detailed electronic lab notebook and data records
  • •Culture and maintain 3D Neuromuscular Junction organoids
  • •Perform viral transductions using recombinant AAVs
  • •Conduct 3D live imaging and multielectrode array (MEA)
  • •Analyze data
  • •Present research findings to project and cross-functional teams
  • •Prepare manuscripts
  • •Coordinate with internal core facilities such as imaging and genomics
  • •Participate in experimental design and scientific strategy meetings
