- •Enrollment in a PhD or medical degree program
- •Background in muscle cell biology, neuroscience, or life science

- •Maintain a detailed electronic lab notebook and data records
- •Culture and maintain 3D Neuromuscular Junction organoids
- •Perform viral transductions using recombinant AAVs
- •Conduct 3D live imaging and multielectrode array (MEA)
- •Analyze data
- •Present research findings to project and cross-functional teams
- •Prepare manuscripts
- •Coordinate with internal core facilities such as imaging and genomics
- •Participate in experimental design and scientific strategy meetings
