- •Diploma or master's degree in physics, physical engineering, materials science, or comparable technical field
- •Interest in experimental plasma technology and surface modification
- •Knowledge of vacuum technology, plasma diagnostics, and analytical methods (AFM, GD-OES, SEM, XRD)
- •Basic understanding of electrical engineering systems
- •Independent, structured way of working and teamwork ability
- •Knowledge of English

- •Measure temperature at high temperatures using emissivity
- •Analyze different surfaces and material pretreatments
- •Develop coatings with various materials and substrates
- •Create design guidelines for new products
