Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •Associate degree plus 4 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • •High school diploma plus 6 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • •3+ years of financial counseling experience
  • •U.S. citizenship and fluent English
  • •Bilingual in English and Spanish if required by the contract
  • •Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation
  • •Ability to pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process
  • •One of the following certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families
  • •Assist service members in creating spending plans for extended absences
  • •Develop and distribute informational financial materials
  • •Coordinate and conduct Personal Financial Management classes and workshops
  • •Respond to requests for age-appropriate financial seminars
  • •Utilize virtual counseling and electronic communication methods
  • •Manage duty to warn situations per DoD protocol
  • •Communicate trends and issues with leadership
  • •Participate in training and quality improvement committees
  • •Perform additional duties as assigned
