As the company behind Ultimate Guard, a premium brand dedicated to innovative and high-quality accessories for trading card games, we are passionate about delivering products that protect and elevate the TCG experience.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) Online Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI — from strategic planning through to hands-on execution.
* Full strategic and operational responsibility for all paid performance channels, including SEA, Paid Social (e.g., Meta, TikTok), Reddit, Twitch, and Amazon Advertising
* Conceptualization, setup, and continuous optimization of campaigns across the entire funnel
* Development and execution of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies
* Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, deriving actionable insights and optimization measures
* Building and maintaining a solid KPI framework to measure effectiveness and growth
* Collaborating closely with internal teams (e.g., brand, product, creative, e-commerce) to align marketing initiatives
* Staying up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and innovations in the TCG and broader e-commerce landscape
* Supporting additional channels such as Affiliate Marketing and Programmatic Display where applicable
## Das solltest du mitbringen:
* 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or DTC environment
* Proven hands-on experience with campaign planning and execution in SEA (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Reddit, Twitch, and Amazon Ads
* Solid understanding of CRO principles and implementation tools
* Strong analytical mindset; experience with tracking tools, A/B testing, dashboards, and performance reporting
* Ability to independently build KPI frameworks and define success metrics
* Excellent project management and communication skills; highly organized and self-driven
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
* Fluency in English (C1 or above) required; German is a plus
* Familiarity with the TCG (Trading Card Games) universe is a strong advantage
