Location: Düsseldorf, DE, 40221 Country/Region: DE Contract type: Working hours: Full time Job Req ID: 87995 Compensation: # Performance Manager (f/m/d) Our Strategy & Performance team in Dusseldorf is looking for YOU! **Your responsibilities** * Develop and enhance **performance culture** focusing on the **project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG)** **department processes and systems** * Support the **alignment and optimization of Performance Management Systems** across different NGPG functions, ensuring coherence from team level to senior management * **Implement and monitor KPIs** at both project and portfolio levels to drive performance insights and decision-making * **Coordinate and deliver reporting activities** within the NGPG and support relevant functional interfaces regarding overarching reporting obligations such as financial or sustainability * Drive the digitalization of the performance management system, enhancing **data quality, automation and integration** * Contribute to the **successful implementation of performance improvement initiatives** focusing on the project portfolio of the New Green Power and Gas (NGPG) department processes and systems * **Engage and collaborate with stakeholders** across various functions, fostering alignment and adoption of performance management best practices **Your profile** * University degree with excellent grading * Professional experience of minimum 3-5 years, ideally within project or performance management with PMP certification * Strong expertise in stakeholder and change management * Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential * High level of commitment, team spirit and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude as well as appreciation for working in an international environment * Ability to work on various topics in parallel with focus on quality and deadlines * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset * Advanced skills in MS Office 365, Excel and PowerBI and strong drive for digitalisation * Professional command of English and German * Willingness to have lots of fun while driving meaningful change **Your benefits** At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
