- •3 years of experience in R&D, Design in Aeronautical, Automotive or Railways engineering department
- •Basic handmade sketching (2D sections and rough perspective)
- •3D quick modeling (Alias / Catia) and realistic visualization software (Vred / Blender)
- •English conversational/writing/reading operational level
- •Lean & didactic graphic presentation skills (PowerPoint / photoshop / illustrator)
- •Familiar with collaborative innovation processes
- •Good communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Implement the perceived quality process in tender and development
- •Agree on an overall strategy with design and industrial stakeholders
- •Specify PQ proven concepts to meet client expectations and streamline industrial processes
- •Define perceived junctions in technical solutions and tolerances
- •Simulate main junctions to satisfy perception in all industrial conditions
- •Obtain client validation before production launch
- •Manage all PQ activities from tender definition to First Mounting Review (FMR)
- •Deliver the Kano Balance document summarizing co-engineer workshops
- •Provide project reference solutions throughout the tender/project cycle
- •Perform perception impact comparisons
- •Define project Perceived Junction specifications for visible interfaces
- •Establish nominal and tolerances for each parameter
- •Share RoE and propose mechanical concepts to balance technical, industrial, and aesthetic constraints
- •Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices and customer interface
