These environments have challenged and shaped me, and I’ve grown both professionally and personally thanks to the brilliant people I’ve worked with. What drives me today is building People practices that are **high-impact, business-aligned, and designed to scale**. I care deeply about clarity, ownership, and creating environments where individuals can thrive and contribute meaningfully. In addition to my People leadership work, I’m also a certified professional coach, supporting individuals and teams in their growth journeys. Coaching allows me to bring even more depth and perspective to my work—and it’s a craft I pursue with as much purpose and intention as my People role.
