We’re looking for a dynamic People Partner to join our People & Culture team!
Someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is excited to contribute to a growing, international e-commerce business.
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of HR topics across the full employee lifecycle: from performance and compensation management to organizational development, headcount planning, and more. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company to foster a high-performing, people-centric culture.
##### You've got
* You bring at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international organization.
* You act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, including C-level stakeholders, supporting them on strategic and operational HR matters.
* You have strong knowledge of German labor law and are familiar with HR practices across other European markets.
* You have a proven track record in driving and implementing HR processes, from performance reviews to organizational change initiatives.
* You’re fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* You bring great communication skills, business acumen, and a hands-on mindset with a passion for people and culture.
* You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership, and enjoy working collaboratively across functions and borders.
