- •Consult employees on local labor law issues
- •Oversee all People Operations processes from onboarding to offboarding
- •Proactively address issues and implement improvements
- •Ensure compliance with IDnow's security policies
- •Provide information to auditors
- •Maintain accurate and organized employee records
- •Ensure data quality in all necessary forms
- •Analyze data reports to support strategic focus areas
- •Ensure correct payroll across all locations
- •Collaborate with payroll providers to resolve complex questions
- •Support various People projects and initiatives
- •Drive local People Administration projects with stakeholders
- •Work closely with People & Organization Partners
- •Assist people managers with operational team questions
