- •Support and provide coverage for France and US payrolls
- •Manage the HR ticketing system and resolve employee requests
- •Handle complex cases with longer resolution timelines
- •Lead the company-wide onboarding process with HR stakeholders
- •Support employees in Germany, France, and the US
- •Focus primarily on Germany while gaining exposure to international HR operations
- •Work with advanced HR and Finance-interfacing tools
- •Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
