**Join Our Group People & Culture Team – Shaping Performance Culture at Erste Group**
You’ll be part of a dedicated team within People & Culture that focuses on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership feedback. Our goal is to support a strong performance culture across Erste Group by combining strategic thinking with practical tools and close collaboration with our country teams. We also design and run group-wide initiatives like the engagement survey and the Leadership 360° feedback process.
You will be responsible for developing strategic concepts, leading cross-country initiatives, and building a robust performance management framework that supports cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness.
## Your Tasks
* Develop and continuously improve group-wide performance management concept in strong collaboration with all countries
* Take full ownership and play a visible, hands-on role in preparing and supporting the business along the performance cycle
* Support cross-functional projects focused on performance and development, such as the annual group-wide 360 survey and employee engagement
* Advise subsidiaries and savings banks on performance management and best practices
## Your Profile
* Solid experience in HR strategy, performance, or organizational development
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate effectively in agile environments
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
* Fluency in English; proficiency in German or willingness to learn is a strong asset
