Anforderungen

  • •5+ years of experience in Pensions & Benefits
  • •Degree (minimum bachelor or similar) in Economics, Business & Administration, Law, or comparable subject
  • •Proficiency in IT tools/applications and strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • •Profound Project Management experience
  • •Excellent end-to-end process thinking and analytical skills
  • •Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
  • •Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and willingness to learn
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage quarterly and year-end pension reporting
  • •Validate and reconcile pension data
  • •Resolve discrepancies in pension reporting
  • •Act as a liaison between actuaries, Finance, HR Operations, C&B, asset managers, and auditors
  • •Support audit coordination and prepare necessary documentation
  • •Respond to auditor queries with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Identify and implement process improvements for reporting workflows
  • •Handle pension management risk reporting
  • •Analyze and report risks associated with pensions
  • •Lead and contribute to pensions and benefits projects
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pension programs
  • •Ensure legal compliance and cost control in pension management
  • •Maintain vendor quality and competitive positioning
  • •Provide guidance and training to HR, Finance, and C&B teams
