## Job Description
We are looking for new colleagues for our finance organization at our location in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
**What you can look forward to as Pension Specialist (f/m/d):**
* Responsible for the design, administration, accounting support, fund administration, vendor selection and plan implementation as well as reporting of DC & DB Plans worldwide.
* Responsible for the Global Actuarial Coordination relationship with Actuary for all countries
* Work with Actuary in reference to annual financial reporting and on governmental filings; manage pension audits; manage Pension Administrators (those not managed by local HR teams in the respective countries) for both DB and DC benefits.
* Manage both internal and external pension audits; managing, coordinating and being a member of the Investment Committees for DB and DC Plans worldwide.
* Responsible for working with Pension Administrators to compile the annual plan financials for plans which require an individual plan audit (statutory requirement; if applicable) as well as the monthly reconciliation of the related Pension Assets.
* Responsible for presenting proposed changes/results to pension plan design for any related countries to the CPC for approval.
* Ensure that Pension & OPEB accounting for all countries are recorded in accordance with IFRS on a monthly basis
**Your Profile as Pension Specialist (f/m/d):**
* University degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Experience in the area of pension plans
* Strong background in financial reporting and accounting for benefit plans as well as an understanding of key financial metrics to the Company‘s overall business performance.
* Firm understanding & ability to provide & present deliverables to members of management at and above VP level (incl. BoM members).
* Strong competency to understand overall business in order to effectively create and manage project teams from various divisions of the business (Finance, HR, etc.) in order to implement areas of responsibility.
