•Proven leadership experience in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
•P&L responsibility managing at least 5 million euros
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills
•Active listening and facilitation skills

•Flexibility to lead in-person meetups and coaching sessions
•Fluency in English and/or German, with optional French
•Active or past involvement in peer-coaching networks

•Lead monthly meetups in premium venues, totaling 12 per year
•Collaborate with co-hosts to moderate teaser peer-coaching sessions
•Use meetups to build connections and identify leads for coaching groups
•Curate discussions that inspire innovation and drive strategic growth
•Support participants in achieving personal and professional goals
•Monitor group dynamics for optimal engagement and collaboration
•Maintain a 90%+ member satisfaction score for sessions and meetups
•Achieve a 90%+ annual retention rate of group members
•Convert 25% of meetup attendees into active group members
•Recruit 2–3 new members per quarter to grow group size
