Anforderungen

•Proven leadership experience in group facilitation, executive development, or leadership coaching
•P&L responsibility managing at least 5 million euros
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills with senior executives
•Active listening and facilitation skills
•Self-motivation and organizational skills
•Flexibility to lead in-person meetups and coaching sessions
•Fluency in English and/or German, with optional French
•Active or past involvement in peer-coaching networks

•Use meetups to build connections and identify leads for coaching groups
•Curate discussions on real-world challenges to inspire innovation
•Support participants in personal and professional growth
•Monitor group dynamics for optimal engagement and collaboration
