Anforderungen

  • •Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • •Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
  • •Sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • •Basic knowledge of payroll accounting processes
  • •Strong service orientation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • •High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion
  • •Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing processes
  • •Good MS Office skills
  • •Enjoy communicating in an intercultural environment in German and English, spoken and written

  • •Execute monthly payroll processing for German entities using SAP S/4HANA
  • •Monitor payroll-related topics such as social security and income tax

  • •Maintain and verify payroll-relevant data
  • •Prepare payroll analyses and reports
  • •Contribute to optimizing and digitalizing payroll processes
  • •Support internal and external audits
