**Your Task:**
* Preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting for the entire Eastern region (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Wolfsburg)
* Implementation of registrations and deregistrations
* Recording and maintenance of personnel master data
* Creation of certificates and retrieval of electronic certificates of incapacity for work
* Correspondence with authorities
* Processing of labour law, social security law and tax issues
* Contact person for hotel managers, as well as for specialists and managers in all matters relating to payroll accounting
**Your Profil:**
* Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the environment of larger corporate structures
* Initial insights into the tourism industry an advantage
* High level of discretion, structured and precise working methods
* Confident handling of SAP HCM and MS Office
* Team spirit, personal responsibility and strong communication skills
* Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
* Interest in process optimisation and willingness to actively contribute and take on responsibility.
* Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English an advantage
