Are you looking to accelerate STADA's pipeline through your patent activities within a globally operating IP team and contribute to our growth? Join our global Intellectual Property Team and support us as a Patent Manager - Patent Litigation (f/m/d).
**What you can expect**
* You will handle the patent-related support for new product launches as well as for existing products. This includes processing and responding to validity inquiries or cease-and-desist letters from rights holders, as well as coordinating the filing of protective letters.
* You will work alongside our external patent attorneys to challenge third-party technical rights by coordinating nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings.
* In the event of interim injunction proceedings and patent infringement lawsuits, you will take charge of the defense in collaboration with our external patent and legal counsel.
* You will prepare decision-makers for market launches that involve patent-related risks.
* Additionally, you will be responsible for processing settlement agreements and license agreements.
* You will develop defense strategies and strategies for introducing patent-critical new products.
#### Who We Are Looking For
* A completed degree in chemistry or pharmacy is required.
* Ideally, you should be a qualified patent attorney or patent assessor.
