# Partner Operations Specialist
**AT - Vienna** | **Full time**
Reporting directly to the Head of Global Partner Operations, you’ll be a key partner in taking our partner organization to the next level, developing and executing on vision and operational processes, and aligning our partner motions across the organization
Responsibilities
* You'll be the in region resource for our EMEA partner team while supporting AMS and APAC when necessary
* You’ll work directly with our Sales, Partnership, Finance, Marketing and cross-functional leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization
* Identify areas of opportunity and risk and provide actionable insights to management and the partner team
* Maintain and create net new reporting to help us better understand our partners, facilitate productivity, and guide investment
* Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our partner program offerings
* Help develop and optimize GTM motions and processes for all partner initiatives that will increase partners’ productivity
* Work closely with the cross-functional teams to evaluate and deploy process improvements, tools, and infrastructure
* Ensure partner data is accurate to actively manage our partnerships and overall program
* Help manage and improve our partner community
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations
* Bonus if you have experience in partnerships
* Knowledge of how to leverage a well-defined and repeatable process with a focus and prioritization on results
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
* Working knowledge of leveraging Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
* Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
