ERM is searching for a leader to spearhead the expansion of our Capital Project Delivery business in the German renewables market. As a Partner, you will leverage your consulting expertise, business acumen and technical knowledge in onshore wind, offshore wind and solar power to unlock new growth opportunities.
**Role profile**
Working with the major players in the Power, Onshore and Offshore wind energy markets, you will be responsible for commercial growth for the CPD renewable services in Germany, working with existing clients and winning new business. Our go\-to\-market model enables our Partners to build longer\-term, deep relationships with clients and you will have the opportunity to work with the multi\-disciplinary team to support our clients’ full asset life cycle. This role will be focused primarily around the German market. Business fluent German and English language skills are mandatory.
You will be required to:
* Bring proven consultancy experience with a strong track record of creating pragmatic, innovative solutions to clients in the renewables space in Germany. You will also have solid management and leadership experience, excellent communications skills with experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders.
* Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value and quality service that support clients through the planning and feasibility phases of capital projects.
* Actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities; create a sales pipeline with the potential to build year\-on\-year work that ensures sustainable bottom line growth.
