# Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d) **1020 Wien** | **Full time** | **Hybrid Working** A **Partner Marketing Manager** plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships between an organization and its external partners, such as affiliates, vendors, and influencers. Success in this role is measured by joint marketing campaigns, spend levels, business opportunities and visibility of solution, product or brands in return. The collaboration could enclose selling and promotional partner as well as associations in the given countries and segments. Joint activities aren’t limited by today’s marketing mix elements as long as they play into brand awareness or business development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and Develop Partnerships: Research potential partners, negotiate terms, and establish new partnerships. * Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and revenue through partnerships. * Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefits. * Content Strategy: Create and manage content marketing strategies tailored to partner and customer needs. * Performance Analysis: Set targets, monitor performance, and analyze results to optimize campaigns. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure successful partnership integration. * Loyalty Programs: Develop and oversee loyalty aspects of each program execution to enhance partner engagement and commitment. **Required Skills:** * Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. * Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies based on market insights and structures. * Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking – for online and offline campaigns * Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of both online and offline marketing, know about the capabilities of marketing elements and strategize them with the partner and customer in mind. Understand the power of AI and Gen AI optimization capabilities. Understanding of marketing research and being able to analyze markets, explore competitive landscapes and conclude resulting marketing strategies. * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar, Salesforce, basic understanding of Google Analytics and AI tools. Overall open to learn about IoT, Cybersecurity and native Cloud technologies. * Organizational Skills: Good time management and organizational abilities. Being able to structure and manage multiple projects with different stakeholders inside and outside of the company universe. **Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Experience: Several years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. * Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics can be beneficial. * Language: Fluent verbal written English and German.
