# Partner Marketing Manager DACH (Maternity Cover)
**AT - Vienna** | **Full time**
**Location: Vienna**
**Hybrid approach - 3 days in the office**
**1 year contract (maternity cover)**
This is a full-time position based in Vienna, Austria. This role requires a strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, and Go-to-Market planning and execution. Close collaboration with Product Marketing and Channel Sales will be critical for success. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Partner Marketing and will work very closely with the EMEA Marketing and Alliances teams. **This is a one-year contract with a possibility of extension.**
In this role, you will be expected to:
* Develop, execute and measure end-to-end integrated partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams for the assigned region–both in English and German
* Continually analyze and track program success. Demonstrate ROI against investments
* Develop strategies to market through, to, and with Tricentis partners (resellers, regional and global systems integrators, and other strategic alliances)
* Partner GTM – Build yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaign plan for the team and relevant partners
* Partner Relations – Develop relationships with key partners to ensure they are positioned across all relevant Tricentis marketing programs
**Experience and Requirements**
* At least 7 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment with partner and field marketing experience
* German and English language proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in German and English
* Able to work a flexible schedule to align with global stakeholders, as needed
* Hybrid-work environment - 3 days in the office per week
* Experience working with global and regional system integrators and ISVs. (Accenture, Cognizant, SAP, etc.)
We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 53,802 gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be above the indicated minimum salary.
