##### What you will find with us
We are looking for a **dedicated** leadership personality for our dynamically growing Defense division. As an expert in this areas, you will play a central role in setting up and maintaining new customer accounts. **Together** with our customers, you will develop customized digital transformation strategies, ensure their successful implementation and generate sustainable **impact**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments, from strategy development to implementation
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within defense organizations such as the Bundeswehr, BAAINBw (Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support), and other defense-related institutions. Identify their needs and translate them into digital solutions
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, contributing to business development and account growth
* Shape and expand the firm’s service offerings for the defense sector including topics such as IT strategy, cloud adoption, cybersecurity etc.
* Collaborate with internal leadership to align go-to-market strategies, investment decisions, and long-term positioning in the defense ecosystem

In addition to **a strong can-do mentality** and **extensive consulting experience **in the defense industry****, you own the following qualities and qualifications:
* Outstanding university degree
* Knowledge of industry-driven innovation and product development processes in a safety-critical environment
* **Proven track record in consulting and sales**, ideally in the defense sector
* **Senior leadership experience**and successful management of complex, interdisciplinary projects with multiple Stakeholders
* **Knowledge of dual-use technologies**, embedded systems, avionics, sensors, ISR, and IT platforms
* Established **network within the industry** as well as **contacts to relevant military decision-makers** such asthe BAAINBw (Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr), in particular Departments I and G
* **Market knowledge** of export markets and international programs (e.g. FCAS, MGCS, MARTE, Eurodrone etc.)
* Excellent **intercultural communication skills** as well as strong negotiation skills in German (C1), English and French as a plus
* Willingness to take on responsibility and further develop the division
* High willingness to travel
