**Position Summary**
Nestlé Research & Development in Konolfingen near Bern, Switzerland, develops new products, processes, and packaging concepts in the areas of Dairy and Nutrition. As a **Packaging Process & Data Analysis intern**, you will support the Packaging Engineering team in analyzing and optimizing packaging processes. You will work on projects involving data analysis, environmental and cost assessments, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.

**Data Analysis**
* Analyze packaging process data to define optimal process windows, using data trending, advanced analytics or machine learning
* Identify influencing factors affecting packaging performance and quality
* Organize process capability and stability studies
**Technology Assessment & Innovation**
* Explore and benchmark new packaging technologies against existing ones
* Evaluate operational costs and environmental impacts of different packaging solutions
* Assist in technical packaging projects, including prototyping, shelf life or sustainability studies
**Data Management & Reporting**
* Collect, clean, and curate packaging-related datasets for internal reporting and decision-making
* Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and communicate insights effectively
