## Job Description
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities:
* **OCM Strategy:** Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives.
* **Change Management and Communication:** Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan.
* **Change Impact Assessment:** Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
* **Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with all project members.
## Qualifications
* At least 5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT projects.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
* Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as project demands require (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days).
