Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee process and data governance for product information in the Aras PLM system
- •Establish governance standards for Aras PLM data
- •Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems
- •Validate new or updated process requirements against governance policies
- •Participate in sprint testing cycles with business stakeholders
- •Execute test cases prepared by Development and IT teams
- •Identify and document defects, coordinating with Dev/IT for resolution
- •Log defects and change requests, ensuring clear communication to IT and Development
- •Support business teams during UAT and participate as needed
- •Contribute to recurring sprint-based UAT cycles and full end-to-end UAT
- •Host weekly Q&A sessions for business users during the stabilization period
- •Join daily hyper care calls with Development, IT, and business teams
- •Oversee transition of PLM processes into operational support
- •Provide second level support through the ticketing system
- •Translate functional needs and system issues for technical teams
- •Manage the full ticket lifecycle, prioritizing and tracking resolutions
- •Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues
- •Coordinate and conduct end user training before each go live
- •Deliver updated training sessions for process or system changes
- •Maintain and revise training materials for PLM processes
- •Develop web-based training modules for PLM users
- •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for material master data
- •Identify gaps in data or processes and propose solutions
- •Define quality checks and preventive measures in workflows
- •Deliver training or knowledge-sharing sessions for new enhancements
