- •Microsoft Teams Voice and Telephony expertise
- •Knowledge of networking concepts relevant to voice deployments (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls, and network monitoring)
- •Experience integrating Operator Connect with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs
- •Fluency in both German and English language
