•Vocational training in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, building services, mechatronics, or comparable qualification
•Professional experience in maintenance and servicing, ideally in an industrial company
•Knowledge in welding, water and wastewater installations, and manual trades
•Experience in project work and maintenance and service management systems
•Reliability, precision, flexibility, resilience, and strong sense of quality
•Passion for problem-solving and willingness to participate in training and further education

•Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing on production and utility systems
•Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions to ensure smooth operations
•Document work performed and ensure compliance with quality standards
•Maintain and archive maintenance logs for traceability
•Manage and supervise external service providers during maintenance projects
•Support optimizations and modifications of systems
•Carry out installations and repairs, including welding and plumbing
•Monitor heating systems and perform metalworking tasks
•Provide emergency service and take on on-call duties
•Implement quality improvement measures during system overhauls
