## Job Description **What does your workday look like…** * You are the central hub of hotel operations, holistically and responsibly leading all operational departments while acting as a link between guests, employees, department heads, and management. * You contribute to the budgeting process, optimize and analyze procedures together with department heads, and thus increase guest and employee satisfaction. * As a host and leader, you are present with positive energy and drive, leading by example. * With your strong sense of people, you foster team spirit, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and support and develop talent. ## Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV …** * You have several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and ideally have built solid knowledge in both the Rooms and F&B departments. * You inspire your colleagues just as much as you do your guests.
