* You are the central hub of hotel operations, holistically and responsibly leading all operational departments while acting as a link between guests, employees, department heads, and management.
* You contribute to the budgeting process, optimize and analyze procedures together with department heads, and thus increase guest and employee satisfaction.
* As a host and leader, you are present with positive energy and drive, leading by example.
* With your strong sense of people, you foster team spirit, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and support and develop talent.
## Qualifications

* You have several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and ideally have built solid knowledge in both the Rooms and F&B departments.
* You inspire your colleagues just as much as you do your guests. Additionally, you are experienced in organizing hotel operations and creating staff schedules.
* With your hands-on mentality, you actively support operational work, think outside the box, and develop long-term solutions.
* You are passionate about good food and drinks, love discovering new F&B concepts, and are eager to help shape our F&B and event areas.
* You have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
* You are tech-savvy and experienced in using POS and hotel software.
* You are a doer—and you openly admit when you make a mistake.
