Anforderungen

  • •Strong working knowledge of financial markets technology platforms
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
  • •Ability to translate operational processes into technical specifications
  • •Understanding of APIs, FIX, and file based integrations
  • •Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and alerting logic
  • •Proven hands-on experience of at least five years in an operations team
  • •Personal hands-on experience of at least three years in IRS operations procedures
  • •Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills in English
  • •Good understanding of CFD, futures, CDS and TRS operations workflows
  • •Experience in collateral management (margin and cash)
  • •Experience with corporate actions in cash equities
  • •Proficiency in German

  • •Build and maintain automated operations workflows
  • •Monitor trade flows and perform reconciliations
  • •Manage exceptions and conduct intraday position integrity checks
  • •Develop tools and scripts to streamline repetitive processes
  • •Enhance trade capture, reconciliation, and margin monitoring
  • •Translate operational requirements into system features
  • •Create data models and integration logics with tech teams
  • •Test new system features and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • •Document workflows and ensure smooth production releases
  • •Collaborate with PMs, traders, and tech teams on scalable pipelines
  • •Automate reconciliations and strengthen controls
  • •Support daily operational duties including trade capture and reconciliation
  • •Resolve position and trade-related queries
  • •Generate ad-hoc reports and manage settlements
  • •Handle compressions, collapses, and corporate actions
