Operations Director(m/w/x)

As an Operations Director, you will oversee the entire operations of a corrugated solutions plant, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality. This role involves setting performance targets, fostering a strong safety culture, and leading continuous improvement efforts to meet business goals.

Anforderungen

• •7+ years of leadership experience in corrugated packaging or high-volume manufacturing
• •Strong background in plant operations, including P&L management, budgeting, cost optimisation, and driving efficiency improvements
• •Solid technical understanding of production equipment such as corrugators, flexo folder-gluers, die-cutters, and downstream converting systems
• •Proven track record of improving OEE, reducing waste, and increasing labour and machine efficiency
• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
• •Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
• •Business-fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively
