Anforderungen
- •Experience as Major/Critical Incident Manager or Operations Manager with a relevant university degree
- •Knowledge in cloud operations and application operations with understanding of DevOps principles and agile methodologies
- •Deep interest in technology and its application to improve operations
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on continuous improvement
- •Profound organizational, coordination, and people management abilities with intercultural competence
- •Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills for cross-functional collaboration
- •Resilience and confidence in critical situations with excellent coordination skills; fluent in English and German
