## Your Tasks
* Campaigning, implementation, and optimization of retail media advertising campaigns onsite (e.g., SPA, SBA, PDA), offsite (DSP, Search, etc.) and instore (e.g., instore TV)
* Ensuring campaign targets and increasing campaign revenue
* Create meaningful insights based on campaign and market data to make our clients successful
* Develop and execute optimization strategies for campaigns of existing clients
* Develop media strategy and media plan proposals
* Utilize reporting data to identify opportunities for upselling
* Work directly with agencies and industry partners and support our national and international sales teams
* Preparing and showing presentations for internal and external meetings
* (Further) development of central operations processes and structures
* Onboarding, training and technical support of our customers for self-service products (especially for marketplace customers)
* Ensuring billing with our partners, especially invoicing
* Further development of our products together with product
* Setup, implementation and management of creative services and other content
* Cross-departmental coordination and communication with Product, Sales, Vendor Strategy and Tech teams across countries
## Your Profile
* Graduation in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
* First expertise in campaign management and optimization (retail media, SEA, etc.)
* Good understanding of Adserver, DSP, SSP and analytics systems
* Experience in working in an international team / matrix organization
* Relevant professional experience as well as management and leadership experience incl. team building
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with technical implementation of digital advertising products
* Very good understanding of retail media / programmatic and data driven advertising products and their value propositions
* Operationally agile to succeed in a fast paced, new and rapidly growing business environment
* Quick comprehension of complex contexts and strong communication skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Polish speaking skill are a plus)
