Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure efficient use of packaging and supplies in the warehouse
- •Verify that all shipments are scanned upon arrival and checked against the manifest
- •Replenish shipments based on temperature requirements
- •Learn the transportation system to update milestones
- •Create pre-alerts for agents based on shipment location
- •Ensure all pieces are scanned out and manifested
- •Create flight plans for shipments
- •Enter flight plans into the transportation management system
- •Take inventory of shipments and handle them according to temperature and delivery instructions
- •Escalate inquiries and concerns to senior staff
- •Handle dry ice safely and manage shipment replenishment
- •Manage 'On Hold' and 'Not OK to Send' shipments per procedures
- •Issue airline airway bills for domestic and international shipments
- •Complete GxP documentation logs
- •Assist in dispatching and tendering shipments to airlines
- •Identify products needing temperature control and replenishment
- •Prepare shipment papers according to company guidelines
- •Ensure adequate supply of shipping materials at all times
- •Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items
- •Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily
- •Review documentation, labeling, and markings for each shipment
- •Prepare Next Flight Out shipments
- •Confirm all shipments departed on booked flights
- •Perform additional duties to support the Operations Team
