Anforderungen

•Vocational training in IT or additional IT certifications
•2–5 years of professional experience in IT Support, OT systems, and IT/OT integration
•Experience in IT or OT Cyber Security and project management
•Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
•Strong communication and teamwork skills
•Fluency in English and German

•Provide IT/OT support for hardware and software
•Coordinate automation systems and IT infrastructure maintenance
•Manage server migrations and software updates
•Implement cybersecurity measures for OT
•Support OT cybersecurity activities within Corporate Manufacturing Engineering
•Collaborate with vendors to address vulnerabilities and security issues
•Ensure security patches are applied on OT assets
•Develop and maintain documentation for network and IT/OT infrastructure
•Update vulnerability monitoring systems for OT
•Align vulnerability management with Sonova global processes
•Promote information security risk awareness across OT and Operations stakeholders
•Foster a cybersecurity culture globally
