Anforderungen
- •Vocational training in IT or additional IT certifications
- •2–5 years of professional experience in IT Support, OT systems, and IT/OT integration
- •Experience in IT or OT Cyber Security and project management
- •Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Provide IT/OT support for hardware and software
- •Coordinate automation systems and IT infrastructure maintenance
- •Manage server migrations and software updates
- •Implement cybersecurity measures for OT
- •Support OT cybersecurity activities within Corporate Manufacturing Engineering
- •Collaborate with vendors to address vulnerabilities and security issues
- •Ensure security patches are applied on OT assets
- •Develop and maintain documentation for network and IT/OT infrastructure
- •Update vulnerability monitoring systems for OT
- •Align vulnerability management with Sonova global processes
- •Promote information security risk awareness across OT and Operations stakeholders
- •Foster a cybersecurity culture globally
