Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent
- •7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, Program/Project Management, or Industrial Engineering
- •Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs
- •Strong exposure to senior leadership; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification advantageous
- •5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment
- •Direct experience with Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions strong plus
