Anforderungen
- •Experience in cycle time and downtime reduction
- •Background in Operational Excellence and manufacturing
- •Ability to lead change and collaborate
- •Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in related fields
- •Experience in Lean Six Sigma or pharma
- •Structured and well-organized working style
- •Strong leadership and communication skills
- •Fluency in English or German

- •Implement LBMS standards like 6S and Standard Work
- •Coordinate maturity assessments and operational improvement roadmaps
- •Mentor teams on lean leadership and continuous improvement
- •Facilitate workshops for cost-saving and performance initiatives
- •Identify improvement opportunities through value chain diagnostics
- •Collaborate with asset teams and OE functions
- •Provide methodology support for strategic projects
