Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable field
- •Previous experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Purchasing
- •Confident use of ERP systems and strong Excel skills
- •Basic knowledge of forecasting or planning tools (e.g., SAP B1, Streamline)
- •Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers
- •High level of initiative, reliability, and enthusiasm for operational work
- •Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with internal teams and suppliers
- •Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment
- •Motivation to grow, improve processes, and contribute to a high-performing team
- •Very good English language skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Create and maintain demand forecasts based on sales data and trends
- •Support operational purchasing activities, including supplier inquiries and order processing
- •Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase recommendations
- •Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Success, Logistics, and Production for smooth product flow
- •Track delivery dates, production progress, and potential supply bottlenecks
- •Analyze deviations between forecasted and actual demand and assist with corrective measures
- •Utilize and maintain demand-planning tools to enhance forecast accuracy
- •Support operational process improvements in planning and purchasing
- •Contribute to scenario analyses and data evaluations for Sales, eCommerce, and Finance
- •Assist in the development of demand-planning processes and system enhancements
- •Identify optimization opportunities across the supply chain
- •Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at efficiency and digitalization
