Anforderungen
- •Experience with Linux machines (setup, admin, operation)
- •Experience with networking infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing techniques
- •Debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark)
- •Experience with IMS
- •Very good communication and customer handling skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Availability to work in rotating shifts
- •Experience providing support to technical clients and their teams
- •Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter
- •Experience with Kubernetes administration
- •Experience with public clouds like AWS and GCP
- •Experience in mobile networks (EPC and 5G)

- •Provide 24/7 support to client tech teams via online portal, phone, email, and chat

- •Keep clients updated on progress
- •Continuously monitor deployed solutions
- •Improve internal processes and KPIs
