## Job Description
As an **Onboarding Project Manager & Account Manager**within the Client Success department at Evooq, your primary responsibility is to lead onboarding projects for new clients. In addition, you will be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for our existing clients, focusing on building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
**Project & Onboarding Management**
* Leading implementation projects to onboard Independent Asset Managers onto our Wealth Platform for IAM including requirements gathering, client specific configurations, custody bank interface configurations, initial portfolio data load and data migration as well as the coordination of 3rd party providers.
* Identifying and implementing product extensions based on client feedback in collaboration with the product management including requirements gathering, business solution design, roadmap definition and solution implementation.
* Ensure excellent project execution and client satisfaction, on-time and within budget.
* Define and manage project governance, schedule, milestones, stakeholders, deliverables, risks and budget.
* Participate in onboarding methodology improvement.
* Conduct training with end users and produce related materials.
**Client Management**
* Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve satisfaction and retention.

## Qualifications
* 3+ years of professional experience in the financial services or consulting industry with an excellent track record and a strong focus on client implementation projects
* Academic degree in a relevant area such as finance, business or business computer science
* Good knowledge in financial products, banking and wealth management processes or compliance
* Have a can-do attitude and can take and execute decisions, in collaboration with your team
* Client-oriented and easy to speak with clients
* Client-facing position requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Experience in project management and Agile delivery methods
