Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in project cost control
- •Strong accounting skills
- •Advanced Excel proficiency
- •Excellent analytical rigor
- •Understanding of EPC contracts, change control, and earned value
- •Fluency in English
- •Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, or German
