As the Office Manager, you will join our People & Culture function, supporting the seamless operation of our workplace environment. This role is essential to keeping the heartbeat of our office running smoothly, providing hands-on support across departments, engaging with external vendors, and cultivating a space where collaboration and professionalism thrive. ##### Your Responsibilities
* **Office Administration**: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
* **Front Desk & Reception**: Act as a welcoming face to visitors, manage calls, deliveries, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience.
* **Meeting & Event Support**: Organize internal events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials.
* **Finance Assistance**: Track office expenses, manage petty cash, and liaise with Finance on invoices and reporting.
* **Vendor & Contract Management**: Negotiate and review contracts, monitor performance, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* **HR Onboarding Support**: Coordinate onboarding logistics, workspace setup, and introductions for new joiners.
* **Internal Communications**: Facilitate smooth communication across departments and with external partners.
* **Culture & Environment**: Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive workplace; support social initiatives and health & safety procedures.
##### Your Profile
* Proven organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Capable of working independently and collaborating across teams.
* Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management is highly valued.
* Friendly, inclusive, and approachable—able to create a welcoming office culture.
* Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
