# Office & Administration Support (Part-Time) **Zurich** | **Part time** **The Team:** The local team in Zurich unites a variety of functions at Morningstar including regional leadership for Central Europe, business development, pre-sales consulting, customer success service, research, marketing, finance and facility management with the goal to grow and keeping our business running smoothly in the Swiss market. **The Role:** Morningstar is seeking a part time employee (up to 40%) for our Office & Administration Support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience for a student, career (re)starter in the area of business administration. This is a part time role based in our Zurich office. **Responsibilities:** Facility management, like dealing with correspondence, maintaining the office space and on-site support to the IT teams. Office administration, like processing of incoming invoices, organizing internal/external events, representing the Community Engagement Programs. Supporting local marketing efforts (e.g. events, mailing campaigns). Other internal activities that support our go-to-market teams. **Requirements:** Student or (re)starter in the area of office & facility management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English Can-do mentality to get things done Ability to commit to a part time position and start as soon as possible (Contract will be around 17 hours per week) Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word Rigorous, organized, and autonomous and have high attention to detail Must currently live in Zurich or nearby Morningstar is an equal opportunity employer
