Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • •Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Engineering, or similar role
  • •Deep understanding of monitoring and observability concepts, tools, and ecosystems
  • •Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages
  • •Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • •Passion for solving complex problems with scalable, automated solutions
  • •Experience in cloud-native environments and container orchestration is highly desirable
  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a distinct advantage
  • •Service-oriented, collaborative, and proactive personality

  • •Design, build, and maintain the observability platform
  • •Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all components
  • •Drive automation initiatives for a unified platform experience
  • •Collaborate with product teams, SREs, and engineering groups
  • •Integrate observability best practices into workflows
  • •Share expertise and facilitate workshops in the observability community
  • •Promote observability literacy across the group
  • •Develop AI-first automations and self-service capabilities
  • •Empower teams to adopt and extend observability solutions
  • •Lead the evolution of observability standards and guidelines
  • •Align with product owners and technology leads
  • •Organize knowledge exchange sessions and webinars
  • •Document best practices for monitoring and observability
  • •Monitor platform health and improve tooling
  • •Reduce manual effort and enhance data quality and insights
