Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Engineering, or similar role
  • Deep understanding of monitoring and observability concepts, tools, and ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Passion for solving complex problems with scalable, automated solutions
  • Experience in cloud-native environments and container orchestration is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a distinct advantage
  • Service-oriented, collaborative, and proactive personality

Deine Aufgaben

  • Design, build, and maintain the observability platform
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all components
  • Drive automation initiatives for a unified platform experience
  • Collaborate with product teams, SREs, and engineering groups
  • Integrate observability best practices into workflows
  • Share expertise and facilitate workshops in the observability community
  • Promote observability literacy across the group
  • Develop AI-first automations and self-service capabilities
  • Empower teams to adopt and extend observability solutions
  • Lead the evolution of observability standards and guidelines
  • Align with product owners and technology leads
  • Organize knowledge exchange sessions and webinars
  • Document best practices for monitoring and observability
  • Monitor platform health and improve tooling
  • Reduce manual effort and enhance data quality and insights
