Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- •10+ years of experience in systems design, analysis, and testing of aerospace or space-related systems
- •Spacecraft systems knowledge
- •System mindset with capability to manage complex systems
- •Experience in development projects throughout the complete life cycle
- •Experience in development of control algorithms and state machines
- •Hands-on hardware experience
- •Experience in development and verification of space hardware
- •Strong oral and written communication skills
- •Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- •Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- •Hands-on, positive and flexible attitude
- •Ability to communicate at all levels of the business

Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
- •Define and control system and subsystem interfaces
- •Ensure design compatibility across functional, electrical, numerical, and physical aspects
- •Act as the systems integration contact for interface compatibility
- •Identify risks related to system coherence
- •Develop mitigation strategies during design and integration phases
- •Coordinate functional chain activities for interconnected systems
- •Oversee creation and management of interface control documents (ICDs)
- •Collaborate with verification and validation engineers on system tests
- •Ensure compliance with spacecraft performance parameters
- •Maintain and improve the interface management process using MBSE tools
