## NPPI Engineer (New Product & Process Introduction) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time ·Ireland (Sligo),Germany (Bad Oldesloe), Germany (Schönberg), UK (Leighton Buzzard), France (Briey), Turkey (Kocaeli) --- ##### Your mission at LINDAL The Lindal Group’s vision is to make dispensing a safer, easier and more pleasant experience for the end consumer.  To support the Group’s Strategic Objectives, a new NPPI team has been created to focus on design for manufacture, development of new technologies and the harmonisation of manufacturing processes across Lindal’s global footprint. The NPPI engineer will own activities to secure the efficient implementation of significant new projects into Lindal’s manufacturing sites.  The successful candidate will be part of the NPPI team which will be the link between GIC (Global Innovation Centre), vendors and the manufacturing sites. **Roles and responsibilities****:** 1. Project management of all agreed activities from the industrialisation phase of a new product (from Gate C – Product Realisation) 2. Review, agree and maintain development outcomes from Lindal Product Realisation Process (ensure adherence to drawing standards, support metrology development, create User Requirement Specification, conduct assets Design Review, perform FAT and SAT). 3. Maintenance of Risk Assessments (PFMEA). 4. Support Design verification and Design/Process validation. 5. Promote a “platform thinking approach” to reinforce core competences and knowledge. 6. Develop extensive hands-on training for plant personal involved with a transfer. 7. Liaise with Lindal Plant Project lead to install and commission on time, the desired assets. 8. Communicate regularly to management both informally and formally on progress of projects. 9. Implement all necessary criteria to ensure compliance with Quality System. 10. Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. ##### Your profile Technical Skills & Qualifications * Mechanically minded. * Experience in packaging and high volume production required. * Manufacturing knowledge such as: metal stamping, extrusion tubing, welding on substrates, exotic polymers, metal spring design. * Knowledge of automation systems. * High level of computer skills. * Experience in the procurement of equipment. * Knowledge of Verification & Validation model * Ideally a degree in Precision Engineering, Industrialization or equivalent. Personal Competencies required * Innovative mind and passionately curious. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Able to take responsibility and work on own initiative. * A proven ability to integrate a teamwork culture. ##### Why us?
