- •Skill in Gate Model process and global industrial market
- •Advanced skills with 5+ years in electronics engineering and NPI development
- •Degree in relevant field with experience in component engineering and sourcing during NPI phase
- •In-depth knowledge and qualifications in electronics engineering and NPI development
- •Experience working as a component engineer with DCS systems
- •Passion for leadership and communication with innovative approaches
- •Negotiation-level English skills
- •Valid work permit for the EU

- •Review and update the procurement Gate Model checklist
- •Select prototype and final production material suppliers
- •Align supplier selection with product cost targets and time-to-market expectations
- •Ensure sustainable quality and cost in procurement strategies
- •Estimate initial cost and quality for products
- •Deliver on defined product cost and quality targets
