Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or systems engineering
- •3+ years of experience in product development within semiconductor equipment or high-tech capital equipment industry
- •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- •Knowledge in CAD tools, PLM systems, and FMEA methodologies
- •Experience with vacuum systems, robotics, thermal management, or precision motion control
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills

- •Serve as the technical owner of a product line throughout its lifecycle
- •Lead cross-functional design reviews with engineering teams
- •Collaborate with supplier engineering and supply chain teams to evaluate components
- •Analyze component suitability and integration into system architecture
- •Drive design for manufacturability and design for serviceability
- •Support prototype builds and system integration
- •Facilitate continuous improvement and design enhancements with R&D and manufacturing
- •Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs and CAD models
- •Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends and emerging technologies
